Is there any difference between joint liability and constructive liability?

Tue, 11/02/2021 - 5:49pm by MK

Joint liability arises when more than one person can be liable for the alleged wrongdoing. Constructive liability arises where the facts are such that the court considers that the alleged wrongdoer had enough knowledge of what was being done wrong that they should be liable.

Hope this helps understanding it better

Thank You
